Fiber for filtration

Saint-Gobain Adfors division produces high salt content C glass short fibers (short fibers) with a need for filtering.

Combined with acid resistance and heat resistance, practically applicable to strong acidity, high temperature liquid and gas filtration, cylindrical filter and oil fog separator.

In C-glass discontinuous fibers (short fibers), bio-soluble oils, collected fibers, twisted growth threads.

Based on the original C glass acid resistance and softening point, it has high heat resistance of 650°C, and is used in industrial filters, oil fog separators, oil separators, etc.
     
ニードルマット  

Needle mat
 

We produce C-glass needle mat, which can be directly used as a filter medium.

We have a wide range of products with heat resistance of 500°C, weight of 300 to 2,500 g/m2, and thickness of 3 to 30 mm.

6mm thick 800mm/square meter, 10mm thick 1,000mm/m2, 15mm thick 1,500mm/m2, 20mm thick 2,000mm/m2, and 25mm thick 2,500mm/m2. The granule uptake rate at 2 m/s wind speed passing gas-soluble glue.
